Albert Martinez is a former Tulsa, Oklahoma city employee who serves as construction inspector manager and chief construction inspector with the City of Greeley, Colorado. Building on his experience in Tulsa, Albert Martinez oversees a team of office staff, inspectors, and field technicians. His responsibilities include ensuring that city policies, safety regulations, and ordinances are met. He and his unit inspect the complex moving parts of a municipal government.

Previously an environmental engineer with HollyFrontier Cheyenne Refining LLC (HFCR), Mr. Martinez oversaw various aspects of water resource management, including permitting and compliance. He set and monitored effluent flow rates at a large-scale petroleum refinery and ensured that stormwater discharge was managed correctly. As required, he coordinated corrective actions and construction projects focused on groundwater recovery.
